Idaho just became the first state to enact a Save Women’s Sports bill into law.
The bill, HB 500 , preserves a level playing field for female athletes by ensuring that biological males are not permitted to play on female teams.
Idaho Governor Brad Little was facing enormous pressure to veto the bill from LGBT activists, big business, and others over the past week. But he stood firm and signed the bill into last night.
Please join Capitol Resource Institute along with Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) by publicly thanking Gov. Little and sponsors Rep. Barbara Ehardt and Sen. Mary Souza for their bold action for women athletes.
Lawmakers who take courageous stands need to hear from us. When they stand for what is right, we need to stand with them .
